• New Home Depot Store Coming to Leander
  Big news for DIY lovers—Leander is getting a brand-new Home Depot! Construction began on October 7, 2024, and this massive 145,833-square-foot store will be located off 183A Toll Frontage Road and Hero Way. The project is expected to be completed by September 2025, bringing more home improvement options and jobs to the area.

• Leander keeps property tax percentage the same
  The percentage isn’t changing for 2025, but valuations are going up, which means you’ll pay slightly more for the 2024-2025 tax year. “Generally, Leander homeowners are estimated to pay about $15 more per month in property taxes under the new rate.”

• Two new Pickleball + Restaurant concepts coming to Cedar Park

  54th Street is the first, which looks like it should be opening in the next couple months. It’s on the 183A and New Hope. Pretty stoked for this one!

  Dill & Chill is just getting started with construction. It will be at New Hope and Bagdad.

  Our family loves restaurants like this, with a fun sport or outdoor activity, on top of just eating yummy food. Popstroke, the golf concept from Tiger Woods, is coming to Cedar Park as well. Can’t wait for these to be staples in our community!
