  • Pretty disappointed in what we know so far. Just a generic strip mall with nothing too exciting. Someone needs to build a gym at this intersection asap!

  • Insane money will be invested in revamping I-35 in downtown Austin. Will probably be amazing when done (in a decade or more) and a nightmare traffic wise in the meantime.

• Ronald Reagan becoming an 8-lane road!!

  • We’ll do a bigger write up on this at some point, but pretty crazy news. Going from the 45 near Cedar Park, all the way past Liberty Hill. Going to be a massive change for the area over the next decade.

Crunch Fitness

Have you checked out Crunch Fitness in Cedar Park yet? They completely revamped the old Gold’s Gym in the Target center, and made it a top of the line facility.

• All brand new equipment

• 24 hours, 7 days a week

• massage chairs, red light therapy, tanning beds

• tons of classes, including boxing!

• it’s huge (although already pretty crowded at peak times)

• and most importantly, child care! (although please, open it Sunday mornings Crunch, you’re killing us over here😂)

This Crunch has been crazy busy since it opened a couple months ago, but for good reason. It’s the best mainstream gym in our area, outside of Lifetime Fitness. Yet its less than 25% of the cost, which makes it a no brainer.
